Once you have completed your returns form a BrightSpark team member will begin the process of completing your request.
Step 2
A Customer Return Confirmation will be sent to your email. The returns email will include a Return Order Number and Item Description. (Please keep this as a source of reference.
If the products have been ordered incorrectly, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods back for a full refund.
Should the products be faulty or damaged, LampShop shall take responsibility for the recovery of the goods from the customer within 28 days of delivery
Step 3
Once your products are returned back to LampShop either a refund/exchange will be credited to you or your business account.
